Warranty (by Singh Dental Art) S.D.A warrants from the date of manufacturing the crown. In case of breakage of the crown/bridges during the warranty, S.D.A will replace the material to the dental laboratory/dentist. This warranty does not cover breakage resulting from misuse or accident. Dental Lab has to follow the guidelines of S.D.A manufacturing process.
S.D.A of Liability Except where prohibited by law, S.D.A will not be liable for any loss or damages arising from these products, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, regardless of the theory asserted, including warranty, contract, negligence or strict liability.
The S.D.A Authorised & Approved Lab offers a warranty against breaking copings or zirconium oxide substructures from the date of placement. If the crown and bridges break, the manufacturer lab's only responsibility and the customer's only recourse will be to replace or repair the milled and sintered framework, or the manufacturer lab may choose to reimburse the customer for the cost of the milled and sintered framework at a reasonable market rate. This guarantee does not cover overuse or accident-related breakage, nor does it cover any supplemental expenses like veneering or preparation.
